Just got it today so far I love it, I was worried because I saw people giving bad reviews online about them in general something about faulty products ..and I will have to say everything has been A+ with my products and order I even called them because I was confused on my order after receiving it and for the first time in a long time I called a company with a problem/question and not only was the phone call answered and answered quickly but it was a REAL PERSON they answered my question quick ..so quick I forgot their name sadly so I can’t name them specifically but just say I didn’t realize a product was pre order when i ordered it …my mistake 109% and he was very courteous and told me about when to expect ..and the piece just brought my puffco pro V2 from a B+ experience to an A+ easy now I gotta find that extra cred to add to it …thank you all 100

At first, I really liked the piece, but I really wish it would come with some kind of indicator as to how far you’re supposed to fill the thing. A little piece of paper in the box with a visual representation would suffice. Also, the percolator holes are way too small. They very quickly become clogged. Like on the second day of using the thing. A few hard drags will pull the gunk through the tiny hole and then its fine again so, thankfully, I won’t have to give it an alcohol bath every other day but there are definitely some functional flaws here.
I did, however, receive my item very quickly and it was shipped out within an hour of placing my order. A+ on speed.

Amazing top for your puffco, will elevate the whole sesh and make your peak the center of the room. Hardly see myself taking this off for any other Top! so good! Make sure you keep it clean though and your set up is nice since its a recycler it can get clogged easy if you don’t!
